ChannelEngine: how to add a user

This document describes how to add a user to your ChannelEngine environment.

When a ChannelEngine environment is created, a user account is also created for you. If you need to provide additional users with access, you can do so from your ChannelEngine account.
Note that users are unique based only on their email address. I.e.: more than one user can be registered with the name Henk de Vries, for example, but not with the same email address.
- To add a user, go to Settings > Users and select Add user.
- In the pop-up that appears, enter the email address of the user you want to add and at least one user role. Make sure the information you have added is correct, and select Save to send an invite to the user.
- The new user receives an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with either a link to set up a new user account, if they do not have a ChannelEngine user yet, or a message with a link to the account you have just given them access to.
- To remove a user, go to Settings > Users and select the pencil icon by the name of the user whose access you want to revoke.
- Select Revoke access.
