Amazon: why is my order not imported?
If you wonder why a specific Amazon order is visible in Seller Central but not in ChannelEngine, mostly this is due to an order being placed for an Amazon country, for which there is no plugin active in ChannelEngine.
Like with other marketplaces, ChannelEngine can only fetch and store an order if there is an active plugin for that specific Amazon country.
For example, your account has a plugin for both Amazon.ES and Amazon.IT but SellerCentral shows an Amazon order (111-2222222-3333333) placed on Amazon.CO.UK
This will result in that order not being stored by ChannelEngine, as there is no (active) plugin to match the order to.
To solve this, add the plugin for Amazon.CO.UK.
NB: if this order is 'unknown' and you are not selling on Amazon.CO.UK, please check if International Listings is enabled.
