Fnac: can I create a return for one item in an order line with multiple items?

Fnac does not support merchant returns (i.e.: returns directly created on the merchant side) via their API, so the only way to create a return or refund is in Fnac's back-end.

Fnac does not support the splitting up of order lines either. Therefore, you cannot create a return or refund for only one of two products order, for instance. If you run into this scenario, you are advised to manually refund the single item via PayPal or bank transfer.
