FNAC: Can I create a return for 1 item in an orderline with multiple items?

At this time, FNAC does not have support for merchant returns (returns directly created at the merchant) via their API, so the only way to create a return / refund is in the backend of FNAC.

However, at this time FNAC does not support splitting up order lines either (so if a customer orders 2 items with SKU PRODUCT-134X and returns 1 of these). This means that in this scenario, you cant create a return / refund for just 1 of the 2 items. FNAC states that they will implement this in the future, but should you run into this scenario you are advised to manually refund the single item through Paypal or bank transfer.
